On December 13,2021, Mr. Li Xinqiao, Director of SHANGHAI HNZYCOF IMPORT AND EXPORT CO., LTD and Olek, general manager of SOLIS ARGO (SOLISGROUP OF COMPANIES) of Ukraine, had a business meeting via video conference.

Director Li thanked the Ukrainian representative for attendingthis important video conference at first, and then introduced the company'scurrent business development in his speech, during which he emphasized thecompany's willingness and plan for agricultural cooperation in Ukraine.

After listening to Director Li's speech, the general manager Mr.Olek welcomed HNZY to come to Ukraine for business. At the same time, he waswilling to use the company's existing planting, warehousing and logisticsresources to support HNZY to expand its business in the Ukrainian agriculturalsector and achieved mutual assistance.

Through this video conference, the two parties reached aconsensus on cooperation matters concerning the export of Ukrainian corn,barley and meal products to the Chinese market.
